Zero Tolerance
The Practice operates a zero tolerance policy. Abuse of any staff will not be tolerated. This includes threatening behaviour or language whether in person on on the telephone. The surgery is extremely busy and all of our staff go above and beyond to provide an excellent service to all of our patients. Please remember that all of the staff are highly trained and experienced in their specific roles, we are doing our best under pressure and most of the work we do remains unseen from our patients.
