Home visits are only offered to patients who are housebound or very elderly, in nursing homes, receiving end of life palliative care or otherwise extremely ill. All other patients are expected to come into the surgery.
If you or your relative fall into one of the above categories you can request a home visit by phoning the surgery on 028 38831225 before 10.30am when possible. Please give as much information as possible to the receptionist who takes your call as this will prepare the GP for his visit.
